Your order has not been lost, it is just significantly delayed due to a major USPS backlog.

I'm also sorry the tracking information below has been causing so much confusion and frustration.
Our system connects directly to USPS tracking but the backlog has created unreliable updates and transit times.
You deserve better and we will never let this happen again.
